Welcome aboard Royal Brunei Airlines.

On behalf of RB, I would like to begin this issue of Muhibah by extending our sincere best wishes to His Royal Highness Prince ‘Abdul Malik and Dayangku Raabi’atul ‘Adawiyyah Pengiran Haji Bolkiah on their forthcoming Royal Wedding.

In this issue, it is my privilege to introduce our team of country managers located across RB’s network of 16 destinations. These dedicated professionals and their respective teams are focused to ensure we always meet (and indeed exceed) customer expectations and I salute their loyalty and support. Recently, I was delighted to welcome them all in person here to Brunei for RB’s Annual Sales and Marketing Forum. This highly successful event provided the entire RB team with an opportunity to plan for the year ahead and was hosted at the prestigious Empire Hotel and Country Club.

RB’s International Brand Ambassador Wu Chun has also been busy recently interacting with his fans visiting from China. The fans eagerly snapped up bookings of our much sought after ‘Day with Wu Chun’ promotion at Manukan Island, Kota Kinabalu. You can read all about this exciting event on p. 7. Watch out for other opportunities to interact with the ever popular Wu Chun later in the year.

Passengers passing though Brunei International Airport this month will notice our updated Customer Service Centre and our exclusive new Premier Check-In Lounge in the new departure hall. We are also looking forward to the soon-to-open new Customer Service Centre and Royal Skies Service Centre at RB Plaza in Bandar Seri Begawan.
